Faceted rock crystal spindle whorl, 6th/7th century, possibly from Jerusalem. Details below document the bevel at the top of the hole for the spindle rod and abrasion on the top face, and the central hole's image reflected in the side facets when seen from above and refracted through those facets when seen from the side.
